Our very limited sparkling wine, made from Malvasia Bianca, this Pet Nat brings ripe mango, peach and other fruity aromatics front and center, perfect as an apértif or digestif, or just for the joy of enjoying some bubbles. Because this wine finishes fermentation in the bottle, there will be some sediment. Best enjoyed cold and with minimal shaking prior to pouring.
