78% Riesling from Auten Vineyard (2020) and 22% Gewurztraminer from Auten Vineyard. Gewurztraminer was picked in late September, crushed and left on skins for four days while fermentation began. The must was pressed and blended with Riesling before bottling. Wild-fermented and bottled by hand with no SO2, it is unfiltered, unfined, and not disgorged. A lively and crisp pet-nat with great complexity of flavor.
